LTLabai gera vieta, ypač norintiems ramybės ir tylos.
Labai nepatogi, išgulėta, įdubusi lova. Trūksta švaros, spintų lentynos, ypač apatinės, apdulkėjusios, reikėjo patiems nusivalyti. Tarp lango rėmo ir stiklo tarpai, apklijuoti lipnia juosta. Oro kondicionierius neveikė, gal mums nepavyko jo įsijungt. Virtuvėje nebuvo nei vieno gerai pjaunančio peilio, keptuvė išsilanksčiusi. Būtų buvę gerai dar po vieną rankšluostį gauti.

Schimmel oberhalb der Fenster (s.Foto), Fensterverglasung komplett undicht, teilweise bis zu 2 cm (s. Fotos), ständige kalte Zugluft, von uns provisorisch mit Zeitungen sowie Plastikbeuteln abgedichtet (s.Fotos). Mindestens 10 Stromausfälle PRO TAG, Kühlschrank produzierte Alarmsignale ohne erkennbare Ursache, nachts entstanden Wasserlachen, Reinigungsgeräte standen nicht z.V., weder Handfeger noch Kehrbesen. Trotz eindeutiger Hinweise an Kontaktperson Roberto (auf Spanisch!!!) keine Reaktion
UAAvoid this place! No hot water and NO help from Booking.com I stayed at Refugio Relax ~ Playa San Juan (ID 6223.935.230) and it was a nightmare. From day one, there was NO hot water, making it impossible to shower. I informed the host immediately, but they ignored the problem for over 24 hours. I was forced to leave and find another hotel on my own after 2 days. Worst of all, Booking.com support provided NO help at all. They simply told me to "talk to the host," even though the host was already ignoring my messages and refusing a refund for the 8 unused nights. There is no reception and no official complaint book on-site. I have filed a formal legal complaint with the Tourist Board in Alicante (Servicio Territorial de Turismo). Save your money — you will be left alone with your problems here!

GBThe host was super nice and friendly, and they even let us check in earlier. The check-in instructions were very clear. The apartment is spacious with a big bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was very clean, which we really appreciate. The beach is located very near and the view is amazing.
The flat is very far from the bus/tram stop. You need to walk 20-25 minutes to the nearest bus stop, which is very inconvenient, especially when it's hot. The fridge is very loud, which is disturbing at night. The AC is not working.
