They allowed me to check in. The place was clean and as per pictures.

I didn’t like the service aspect of the house. The place didn’t offer basic things like WiFi, towels, dishwashing liquid, extra toilet paper, etc. This was mentioned after the booking was made and before the check in. Since there is no wifi there is no use of the smart tv. And because 10-12 dishes weren’t washed, they have the policy of deducting 100-200 Rand which was ridiculous. I then had to was the utensils like I found them before checking out. You are providing a service. And within service basic things like WiFi, extra toilet paper, dishwashing liquid needs to be provided. And also if you expect the guest to clean up all the dishes before they leave, I don’t know how that makes sense.
