Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, zawsze gotowy do pomocy i też elastyczny dla potrzeb gości. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko Mediny, ale nie tak głośna

Tutto proprio come descritto. Lo staff al completo é venuto a accoglierci al posto convenuto. L’accoglienza é stata super. Il Riad era tutto per noi. Una favola. Ilias tutti I giorni si metteva in contatto con noi per sapere se tutto andava bene. Ci ha inoltre messo in contatto con un Autista per le nostre due escursioni che sono state perfette. Letti super e colazione ottima e abbondante.

The riad itself is lovely. Tastefully decorated and well put together. Location is great. Right next to the Sadiaan tombs, for ease of reference. In a safe location. Right in the Kasbah so walking distance to all sites within the medina. Great layout, ground floor has the dining area, seating area, toilet, kitchen and one twin room with en-suite (we didn’t use this room). First floor has three double bedrooms all with en-suite. This is where our group stayed as we were only 4, me and my partner in the master and our mums each had a room each. Second floor there is a 4th bedroom with en-suite (again we didn’t need), rooftop terrace, small plunge pool, dining area, bbq and then stairs up to a second rooftop with views out to the Atlas Mountains. The staff are phenomenal. Firstly Ilias is the owner, he will connect with you prior to arrival and answer all your questions plus recommend restaurants and activities and arrange if required. He was amazing and all recommendations we did were spot in. Arranged our airport transfer to which we then used the same company for all our transport needs. Ghita is the housekeeper and chef, she tidies the riad daily and makes your included breakfast. Very delicious and super sweet lady. You can order lunch and dinner in advance in the riad too at an additional cost. Then Nour is the riad manager, he will meet you on arrival, and is around for anything you need and finally Ayoub is the night guy, now we found this a little strange at first, as he stays in the riad at night, he locks the riad up, closes the roof, on hand if you get lost coming home etc we loved having him and felt very secure. Him and my partner spoke football and guys chat which was a nice change from women chat always.

There is nothing we didn’t like. There were some assumptions created in the beginning as around you, you can see ruined houses in rubble, please bear in mind they had a large earthquake a few years back that did this damage and is very expensive to rebuild.

Le Riad est très joli , les chambres aménagées avec soins . Le bassin intérieur très agréable . La terrasse est idéale pour le déjeuner et le dîner avec également un petit bassin pour se rafraîchir durant la journée. Chloé qui gère le Riad est très réactive lorsque vous avez une question concernant votre séjour . Le personnel, fadwa et Hassan sont au petit soins avec vous … tout était parfait. En plus le Riad est à 10 minutes du centre de Marrakech.

Property excellent, only slight downside was a lack of decent supermarket nearby.

Not and the team looked after us really well, we are on the RIAD on the first night and the food was great.

All good, one small thing that would have been better was that we were there in December so it would have been coay to have the living area fire on in the evening

We were a group of 9 guys staying 4 days. The photos don’t lie. The Riad is very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Each room has its own bathroom and comfortable bed. The big plus for us was the staff!! Nouredine, Rita and Ayub were faboulous. They made us feel very welcome and are available for any request or question you may have. You are at 10min walking from jamal el fna, which makes it a very good location Thank you for making our stay unforgettable
