Brilliant little oasis on the edge of town. Eugene is super friendly and helpful and cannot do enough to ensure your stay is perfect. The rooms are large and comfortable. Special shout for Richard who runs the tours. Priced per tour rather than per person and he is really knowledgeable and packs so much in.

It was a very relaxing stay, area is quiet but still 3min by scooter away from the city center. It was clean, room is spacious, internet was good, the breakfast was impressive. The host is very nice.

The staff are exceptional, the room large and well equipped, especially considering the price. We opted for the optional breakfast and wow is the only expression worthy of such a feast. The free bikes were a wonderful bonus and if you need to, mopeds are available for hire.

The location is a bit out of town but still quite walkable.

The hotel is well located, not too far from the city center. It is nice and quiet. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and tranquility during their stay.

We arrived at the property in need of a doctor and from the moment we arrived we were looked after with exceptional care from everyone. Lou and Leo have created a little oasis where you automatically feel relaxed. Their in house tuk tuk service was awesome and if you meet Lous dad he has the best smile thank you all for your care and attention. They also have great support for the community teaching Khmer language, Khmer dance and boxing to kids from the local orphanage.

Everything was good! It’s a wonderful peaceful place with a lot of plants, private terraces near each room, sports area to do your exercises. Mattresses are soo comfortable. Everything is clean and new. And there is a big bottle of water in the room, which is really important when it’s hot outside. Lou and Leo are very hospitable, nice and friendly! We enjoyed our staying at this guesthouse! Thank you!

While short, I had a great stay here. Clean room with a porch with table and chairs to sit at. Hosts were wonderful with good recommendations for what to do in town and there is a tuk-tuk driver available on site to take you where you need to go. Would definitely recommend this place.

The owners were very kind and helpful. We even had an option of private tuk-tuk around Kampot, the communication with the driver was a bit demanding but otherwise it was nice.

We absolutely LOVED this place! The rooms where massive and super clean and the bed was super comfy (on the harder side, but nothing compared to what we had before haha). ❤️ The entire property is taken care of so well, everything is green and feels like a little oasis in pound Kampot! The family was super beautiful as well, we woke up to a smiling face in the garden every morning which was so beautiful. They helped us with laundry and gave great recommendations! :) Overall, just an awesome stay! Would recommend
