Very clean apartament .parking space everywhere around building and is 100% free of change..if you need help they will answer in the NexT 30 sec and will try to help you with what you need ..for my NexT trip in Birmingham 100% i will book again

"Comfortable quiet apartment near business centres"

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with a lovely fresh balcony for the summer evenings. Everything was spotlessly clean. The wifi was fast and easy to connect to. The host described the check-in process well, which involves fetching the key from a nearby petrol station (it is on the way from the New street train station, along the 10-15min walk) with a keylock code. The apartment is in one of 5 identical blocks, but it is well marked with the address on the front door of the block.

I'm sure the next person will have a 10/10 stay, but there was a small issue with the second lock being locked, while I only had the key to the first lock on the apartment door. The owner was quick to respond and it was solved in 30min. I don't think it will happen again.
