By the Sea

Maria the property manager is great! She was always checking on us to see if we needed anything. We loved the location! We had a balcony with a sea view in unit 1!

We rented two units in this building. With the pictures it was kind of confusing which pictures went with which unit. We booked our unit and a unit for our friends. We thought the unit we booked for our friends had a Seaview too because it mentioned terrace on the ad. The pictures need to be organized better. We also asked the owner if there is air conditioning in all the bedrooms in both units. They said yes but when we arrived there was only one air conditioning unit 1 in the kitchen and then unit 2 there was only one air conditioning unit in the master bedroom. Our friends werent comfortable because 1 friend didn't have air in their room and was hot sleeping and the kitchen was hot too. So after a couple of days they had to find another apartment to stay in. Both apartments were definitely very clean it would just be cool if there was renovations done on it. In unit number 1 the queen bed was very firm and sort of uncomfortable but the bunk bed was pretty comfortable. We are hoping to get our money back or at least half of it for unit number 2. It definitely didn't meet their expectations.

Everything, the view is perfect, right in front of the sea. Maria, the owner is great, she was asking during my stay if I need anything and she even gave me a ride to the bus stop the last day when I was leaving to the airport. Nicolina, one of the staff gave me a ride to the supermarket the first day of my stay. The communication was great and the apartment has everything that you need for a long stay.

We loved Terrassini! Nice little town with two good beaches within walking distance from the flat, bakery in the street and a lot of shops, restaurants and gelateries (the nearest one just few steps from the flat!), nice center, living at night. Literally "accros the fence" from the airport (though the taxi is very expensive for such a small distance, the accomodation can arrange a little cheaper transfer). The flat itself was big enough, two bedrooms (one with double bed, the other one with two single beds - no window), air condition in the main bedroom (it was enough for the whole flat). Large balcony with a view to a small side street (and the sea in the distance). Everything clean. Really great location and nice owner.

Parking was paid (1 Euro per hour, some hours free), there were some non paid spaces but we never found them free.

Maria and her husband were nice and helpful hosts. They were patient while waiting for us since we had to find our way to the apartment (google navigation is not so good on Siciliy). They welcomed us and helped us with parking pass and finding the parking spot which is difficult to find if you come in high season (August). The apartment was really clean. The terrace is great and there is always some shade on it. If you're looking for a vibrant place with a lots of people, then Terrasini in August is place for you, if you're not into crowded and loud places you should think again or come in some other time of year. In general, Terrasini offers you beautiful views while walking by the sea.

As I mentioned earlier, the parking in high season is really challenging despite having the parking pass because it doesn't provide you a parking spot and if you don't find one near the apartment upon your arrival or departure then you'll have to carry your luggage through the streets. And the parking is not free, you have to pay it but it's not expensive.

Great location close to the beach and 5 minutes walk from city center. Very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay.

Lovely sized flat with a great sized terrace overlooking the harbour. An amazing beach was right next to the hotel, and there was generally great access to every thing you needed. The flat itself had a lovely bed and bathroom, a great kitchen with everything you needed and more. Overall, very ecstatic with the accommodation.
