Like: - Very good and reasonable price in low season - Suitcases could be deposited in the apartment before check-in - Communication before check in very nice and very helpful - Sufficient parking spaces available - New building and excellent equipment in quality (modern technology, kitchen) and quantity, as it is designed for many people; ideal for 2-4 people - comfortable, clean and beautifully furnished apartment - Necessary information was provided at the entrance to the apartment (WLAN, recommendations) - Sufficient toilet paper, dishwasher tabs for each day and 3 washing machine tabs - Washing-up liquid for washing up and towel provided - Nespresso machine - External blinds allowed quiet and longer sleep - Pool (not heated) - Elevator to the pool (roof terrace) - Bus from Peniche 200m from the apartment (runs only on working days and irregularly; 613 towards Torres Vedras; timetables etc at www.rodoviariadooeste.pt) - Beach, bakery, restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance

Dislike: - New construction of a large residential building and therefore noise directly opposite; another building directly in front of the house is being planned - Late check-in 16:00; actual check-in 16:15, as we had been forgotten - Only admission and key handover at check-in by very nice Spanish employee, the announced contact with further information in English did not take place - Only one large and one small towel per person - No pool towels - No sun loungers by the pool - No original Nespresso capsules (if offered it should be original) Neutral opinion, but worth mentioning: - Mattress too soft, causing back pain - No early check-in, although the apartment was already clean when the suitcases were deposited - Location and view from the apartment were not nice, but known from description and pictures - Few restaurants to choose from, only two open in low season and not eaten on site (recommendation Cantina de Ferrel in Peniche; between Baleal and Ferrel) - Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon) did not work; no problem with own laptop and own HDMI cable; there was also an HDMI cable in the apartment - No instructions in English for washing machine - Flies in the apartment - Noisy, as not many apartments in the house were occupied in low season - quick check via whats app or booking during the stay to see if everything was ok would have been nice
