The AC worked fine! And kept the room cool

The location, approach road, garbage everywhere! Cleanliness of the tub! Rusted keys to the door with a very durty ribbon on it ! Toiletries provided were 2 soaps! The towels were stained ! The bed sheet was torn by the feet and stained ! The bathroom leaks water into the room if you shower. And for your luck if you have bachelor's as your neighbours! It's just gonna get that much more interesting!!

It was a very unpleasant experience. Firstly we were told on the website that the check in time was 1.00. when we arrived the man told us check in was actually 12.00pm, then we were told the rooms wouldn't be ready for another 30mins. This was false as we actually waited closer to a hour and a half. Our booking contained twi seperate rooms, after waiting closer to two hours we were told that only one of the rooms was finally ready. It wasn't till another one and a half hours that the second room was ready (3 hours total) . Once we got into the room the power was out for nearly 3/4 quarters of the whole trip. The power would occasionally come back on and then cut back out 20 mins later. Thos power outage caused the fridge to not work and not keep any food or drinks cold. Customer service was very poor. The name of the home stay is also completely different to the name of the home stay in person . This found finding the place very difficult and spent a long time walking around trying ti find it. We would not recommend this to anyone and would like compensation.
