The poor or lack of communication and readiness of the place. Also the hidden fees that they charge. I can understand the pet fee since that is mentioned that they may have one. But for the listing to be titled heated pool and then find out that is an extra fee including heating the hot tub is ridiculous. That is false advertisement. Also there were issues from the first day with the system for the pool/hot tub not working. On top of that we had to communicate to the owners that we wanted to use the hot tub bec5that was the only way to get it turned on. Their communication was slow and infrequent despite our attempts to contact them.
