Location

Owner is rude and unhelpful. Stayed here for a night whilst walking the Camino Portuguese and had booked a baby crib a month in advance for my 4 month baby. The day of checkin whilst walking on the way, the owner gets in touch to tell me he had given the crib away to a last minute booking that came in that day for a family with a baby, and told me that my baby would have to sleep in a twin bed instead. The owner was incredibly unhelpful and rude when I said that wasn't good enough as I paid for the luxury of a crib and it's a dangerous for a baby to co sleep or sleep in its own bed. Along with this, the apartment had damp in the main bedroom, wifi didn't work and the beds were hard. Save your money and go elsewhere, where the owners care and don't just want your money. The owner in an attempt to stop me sharing my experience marked my stay on booking.com as a no show. After alerting booking.com about what happened they attempted to reach out to the accomodation multiple times via email and phone to no response, and to compensate me for the discomfort of staying here, gave me a small credit. Pilar is money grabbing and should be avoided at all costs as a host, as he does not honor his bookings - once he's got your money he no longer cares!

Everything great

Beautiful very cosy place on the Camino. The small bathtub/shower allow me to soak my feet after a long day walking. That was a nice addition for sure. Also appreciated the washing machine and detergent.

Nothing. Just be aware that it is on the third floor with no elevator.

Beautiful location and on the Camino de Santiago. It is located near lots of restaurants. There is a charming creek below with the water flowing over the rocks creating a relaxing ambiance. The beds were comfortable.

It was absolutely lovely, but does involve four flights of stairs. The apartment is on level three.

The house was beautiful and spacious. We were able to cook our meals, do our laundry, and rest well. The location is right on the Camino, very charming, and near restaurants and groceries.
