La Mar Mar

Fantastic little apartment, situated just outside Kotor Old Town. A little difficult to find, but it’s down an alley between Kordic Bakery and Sulzer Bar, up a flight of stairs. One thing to note, is that you have to pay for the apartment in cash upon arrival. It has everything you need for a great stay, though the hairdryer looks like it’s from the 1950’s, quite cool in a retro/steampunk way. It takes a while to dry long hair. The aircon works well, though is in the lounge only, but if you just leave the bedroom door open 45degrees, it’s strong enough to cool the bedroom. The bed is fairly comfortable. The appt has a small kitchen area with everything you need for a week. It’s perfectly positioned a 2min walk outside the Old Town. There is a side gate to the Old Town 2mins from the appt. If you turn right out of the alley, walk 150m, you’ll find it over a small bridge on your right. The nearest beach is left, right on the main road, then an immediate left fork, about 5mins walk from the appt. There is a nice sunbed area (30 euros per day for 2 beds and a brolly) about 50m down the road. It is still pebbly, but it has small pebbles into the sea rather than the larger rocks after this area, so doable in bare feet. If you want a free beach day, I’d recommend water shoes / flip-flops, as it’s hard to get into the sea without them. Restaurant and bar wise, we liked La Catedral Pasta Bar and Tanjga steak/meat place. Drinks wise you can’t go wrong with Bandiera or Old Town Pub.

Hairdryer wasn't great, comms took a while sometimes.

Excellent location, just a short walk from Old Town. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, and the thoughtful selection of beverages was a nice touch. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and I would happily recommend it.

tesiste akliniza gelebilecek her sey vardi; sampuan, kapsul kahve makinasi, yeterli miktarda kapsul kahve, camasir makinesi ,camasir deterjani mutfak gerecleri…. yatak direkt dereye bakiyordu sabahlari asiri keyifliydi. old townun icinde olmayip bu kadar yakin olabilirdi, konumu mukemmeldi. yakininda bir suru market bakery avm vardi. sahile de cok yakindi 4-5 dkda sahile ulasabiliyorduk.

Great location, apartment was large enough for 2 adults.

Is a first floor apartment up an alleyway between a bar and a bakery. It wasn’t easy to find and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. No air con in the bedroom made it very hot. Also had to pay for room in cash which we were not made aware of prior to arrival or happy about doing.

La limpieza excelente, y la ubicación perfecta para visitar Kotor.

El Parking no es comodo, hay que ir cambiando el coche con el propietario.
