The owners did their uttermost best to help

We got to the place and it was no longer operating. After 2 hours of the owners trying to help us and bookings.com trying to call the owners,the owners sent us to another nearby venue. The bay Inn. It was such a great place except the original booking was an apartment with two bedrooms but we ended up being in a family room.
