"Safe spot with a beautiful garden"

They helped us out so wonderfully after we had a break into our house in Hillcrest and needed a place to stay. A very kind host, wonderful staff. Very safe location (what we really needed after being shoken up so badly).

The accommodation does not fulfil our needs - which are quite specific. Especially a work space and Internet. But if you are there for a holiday, it's wonderful.

"Great location but some minor issues"

It is in a safe neighbourhood and close to the mall.

We had to wait at the gate before some let us in about 15 minutes. When opening taps or flashing the toilet there is a loud noise (old pipes I assume) its quite scary actually. The place doesn't smell so good, no air conditioning, only 1 fan. The owner only had 1 remote and we had to share with them, very odd.

"put another locker on the front door. Don't mention the pool if it is out of use."

the house was nice and clean.

the door couldn't lock properly. The pool was not clean so we couldn't swim. The people I booked with were very disappointed.

"Large clean rooms. Good bathroom facilities. Lovely accommodating hosts."

The only thing that really would have been welcome would have been complimentary coffee/tea, sugar and milk for each days stay.
