Location because we had a hire car.

When we arrived there was a terrible smell. I opened the bin under the kitchen sink and found it had rotten food in it, smell like sewage and had flies in it. I had to clean this after arriving at 2330. I then went to sit on the sofa and found a dirty smelly sock behind the cushion. I threw that in the bin outside. Then my daughter went to get in her bed and found dirty stains on one of the single beds in her bedroom. I advised her that I would wash them tomorrow morning. In the morning we tried to log onto the WI-FI and watch the TV. Neither of these worked. I emailed the owner and he texted me back for the next four days but informing me that it was working but it didn’t and never did whilst we were there. I since read previous reviews and the host has been advised numerous times about the WI-FI not working and never bothers to fix it or probably pay for it to be switched on! I lost a lot of business due to the WI-FI not working! I also tried to use the washing machine but this knocked out all the electricity in the apartment. I asked the owner to fix this but he never bothered replying as he knew I would enquire why he hadn’t bothered to fix the WI-FI. Two of the hobs on the oven didn’t work which made cooking ‘challenging’ at times. I’ve stayed in many properties worldwide with booking.com and this was the worst place I have stayed as it has ‘false advertising’ of the facilities that are working. I will be making a formal complaint to ‘booking.com’ about the dirty and broken facilities at this property.

L’emplacement et la piscine.

Une catastrophe. L’appartement était très sale à notre arrivée tardive, plein de cheveux partout et du sable par terre. J’ai dû refaire le ménage plusieurs fois pour avoir quelque chose de correct. La télévision ne marchait pas. L’électricité coupait sans raison alors que tout était éteint. Attention à la nourriture dans le frigidaire et congélateur. La machine à laver ne marchait pas, une semaine avec un enfant sans rien laver c’était compliqué. Nous n’avons eu aucune solution ou aide. Pas de bouilloire ni micro ondes. 2 plaques de cuisson sur 4 qui marchaient. Wifi qui a marché 2 jours, car le propriétaire n’a pas voulu recharger le wifi malgré nos demandes ( c’est un système de recharge sur carte SIM ) Il ne répondait jamais à rien, il n’a pas voulu nous aider. Les voisins faisaient trop de bruit à partir de 6h45 le matin. Prévoir des bouchons d’oreille. L’évacuation de douche est bouchée, ça devient une piscine au bout d’une minute. La chasse fuit non-stop, il faut fermer la porte sinon ça fait beaucoup de bruit surtout la nuit. Appartement très mal isolé, on entend absolument tout à l’extérieur comme si les fenêtres étaient ouvertes. Espace extérieur sans table, dommage. Je ne recommande absolument pas. A fuir! Et il ose me réclamer 50€ de taxe de séjour après n’avoir jamais répondu et nous avoir laissé vivre l’enfer.

L'appartement est bien situé et climatisé

M ais plusieurs désagréments ont pesé sur notre séjour : Wi-Fi et télévision non fonctionnelles, WC fuyants, machine à laver bruyante et inutilisable, volets bloqués, sol sale, télécommande sans piles, et coupures d’électricité. Le propriétaire a répondu au début, puis plus du tout. Ce sont des points déjà signalés dans d'autres avis — dommage qu’ils ne soient pas corrigés.

the location was rlly good, close to the beach which wasn’t crowded, it had a pool and it was a nice neighborhood. The supermarket was about 10 minutes away with the bus and there was only one bus every hour until 7 pm. Great place to relax. The host answered all questions immediately. would totally recommend if you’re looking for a calm holiday on the beach.

Wifi did not work, beds a little uncomfortable and there was a musty smell. Complex is a little isolated.
