The room was quite nice with good facilities but the carpet felt dirty. The mattress was not very comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay but £75 was a bit steep for the room.

GBBreakfast is not provided. The room was reasonably clean. The bed was comfortable.
I think the room could do with a little more tlc. The ensuite could do with a proper square mirror on the wall. Also the radiator was turned on full and wouldn't turn off. It would have been useful to have drinking glasses for night time use, rather than tea cups. It would have looked smarter if the bedding had been ironed, rather than very creased from the tumble dryer. The room was very hot because of the weather. Luckily we had brought a fan otherwise sleeping would have been unbearable. Maybe a fan could be provided in hot weather. These are only minor faults which could be easily rectified. On the plus side, we had a wonderful meal with nine family members. We couldn't fault any of it. Thank you for that.

GBWe had a delicious evening meal with good, very friendly service. We were a bit surprised to find that there was no breakfast, which I should have noticed when I booked, so we were unprepared for that. The shower room was good - everything worked.
The door lock was broken but we found a small wedge which we used to close the door firmly. The room was clean, but very basic, just two beds, a wardrobe and a small chest of drawers with a television screen balanced at the back and a tray for making tea or coffee. There was no bedside table, nor bedside light, just a ceiling light which had to be switched on or off near the door. I had to use my phone torch to read in bed and to see round the room.
