We got sent to a house we haven't booked in a completely different part of the city. It was dirty and there were cameras in the living room and kitchen. It was a very uncomfortable environment. The communication with the guy we rented was also very bad. there was mold in the shower, the toilet hasn't been cleaned in probably months and all of the fire alarms were taken down. There wasn't a single fire alarm in the whole building!

Terrible. We were sent to a different address, over in Mt Maunganui instead of 5th Avenue Tauranga. It was someone's house, not the motel we booked and paid for. He said we could have the sleepout with 1 bed, no facilities. When told that wasn't appropriate, we were offered that for 1 person and another room elsewhere for the other person. Absolutely unacceptable! We were left having to book elsewhere last minute and out of pocket.

Experience was very poor.

I booked for a one night stay called the property owner/manager to ask about our booking to be told there wasn't a room available. I asked why my booking and payment were accepted if the room wasn't available he hung up and said I will check each time I asked a question he hung up on me and wouldn't answer when I tried calling back he said I needed to call booking.com he cant do anything about it that he didn't accept the booking request the rooms were full I can't stay I then replied the booking.com emailed saying I needed to wait for the booking to be excepted for them to confirm he said he hadn't done this and refused a refund. He then asked for my confirmation number this all went back and forth for hours untill I had enough and said if it wasnt sorted I would take it further with another male in the background yelling at me I then started recording the call I was called a bitch then hung up hours later he then asked for my account number I tried calling the next day as he hadn't made contact as of with no reply untill hours later when he eventually called me back saying he was in Australia and had just woken up I have reimbursed you I paid 150nzd and was reimbursed 127nzd I said I paid 150nzd he replied I'm not responsible for the booking.com fee! When I think he was responsible because if he hadn't accepted the booking, I wouldn't have been charged at all.

The venue is more suited for contractors that are not fussy and for people who are looking for 1 or 2 day accommodation without the extra accessories. The venue has a shared bathroom/toilet, and the kitchen is shareable as well, but with tenants that also live on premises. Carpark is limited. More or less, first in, first serve, other then that it's very close to town.

I did not stay there as the manager changed my accommodation to another address after ringing me if it's ok to change. I answered as long as it had a bed and shower. He messaged me the address, I sent him a time to meet. I missed the time as I did not realise I had to travel to the other side of Tauranga where the 21st I attended was held. No manager at the address. Rung him twice, got answer phone. I left the property to drive to my family in Whakatane. Manager rang to return. Too late already on toll road. No refund as of yet. Poor management.

Room not clean,Pillow,Blanket and sheets they even smells no chair or table no tv,I didn't spend the night had to leave is not healthy.
