Great location for our stay

Everything was first class spacious clean. Host was so friendly. Great location

Good location and great value for money, if looking for a cheap base in the area, it is perfect.

Limited facilities in the house. Very basic utensils in the kitchen, no corkscrew or wine glasses. The furniture was basic and not very comfortable, one of the chairs in the lounge was broken so tilted when sat on. Only half a toilet roll, no shower gel, but one shampoo (looked left over from a previous guest) under the sink. Limited access to the garden (patio only)

Clean, recently renovated property. Gorgeous property, great value. Enjoyed our stay.

Not much of a garden area for children. Didn’t really impact us.

Great location if you need to be walking distance to town centre. Nicely decorated throughout with new furnishings and fittings. Clean and tidy. Able to adjust the heating to suit your own needs. Owner came round to help us get the TV on very quickly after requesting help! It felt like home. Lots of items left to help you settle in - was good not to have to buy tea bags, coffee, sugar, aluminium foil, washing up liquid, soap, toilet paper, shower gel, etc. Proper hair dryer!

Think if we were there in the summer it would be better to have a bit more privacy in the garden. Although it didn't apply in our case, it would be difficult stopping young children from running across the lawn into the rear garden belonging to the owner. There was some beading missing around the window in the kitchen inner door that just didn't look finished off. Above the kitchen units and cooker was a spider web! Would benefit from coasters to put your drinks down on surfaces and perhaps a small table in the lounge to put your cup/glass down on.

The house was spacious and appeared recently refurbished. Kitchen had everything we needed and comfortable lounge and dining area. Parking for one car on the driveway but access to it slightly tricky as the locals park on the pavements and partially obstruct it. Bedrooms were what we needed for our group of 5 and the stay worked well for us. Many thanks.
