The park itself is in a lovely location

Disgustingly dirty and terrible customer service.. we were told to take own cleaning products and bedding etc which is understandable but on arrival my 8 year old daughter found faeces smeared all over the sinks. On further inspection we found food wrappers under chairs and beds, crumbs all over vanity sides, dirty plates and bowls and mould on the sofa cushions.. I have never stayed in such a disgusting place in all my life. Took us three hours to clean (of a two night stay). Several ligjt bulbs broken and toaster acrually throwing out sparks! Attempted to call company several times but straight to answer machine. Therefore sent email asking someone to contact me ASAP. Someone finally called on the last day to say they had only just got the message. Attempted to tell me they cleaned it and allegedly video the clean and they would look at it. Even suggested it "wasn't like that" when they apparently left it. Was told they would "leave me alone' for my final day but call back Saturday after they had looked into the matter. It is now Monday and I haven't had a single call/email/message. I have photo evidence of all of this. Such a shame as its a nice park and would have been a nice caravan had it been clean. Really disappointed.  I would strongly advise against staying here..and to not even be contacted by the company is disgusting. Will also he reporting to booking.com for health and safety reasons.

Nice caravan on the whole, clean, close to the amenities, everything you'd expect. It's a very small site, but the kids park is a good size, we didn't bother with swimming we went to the Marina on the seafront instead (worked out way cheaper than buying passes just to swim as the club house you can walk into for the arcades and shows) and was much better with 2 good slides and decent toddler splash area plus free parking for 3 hours next to it.

I think people ought to be told prior to booking that the caravan comes with absolutely nothing. We were aware of bedding/towels and entertainment passes being extra which is understandable - but didn't know until right before that nothing is included, there wasn't a single bin bag, dish cloth/tea towel, not even half a toilet roll. Personally I think these are the basic things that would have increased my overall review and I'm sure I'm not alone in that. They'd cost pence per stay to include these 4 things but make a big difference to countless families. There's also one tiny oven tray so you couldnt cook for a family easily unless it was all on the hob, again something else that's simple and makes a difference to a stay there. Overall it was nice but really do feel it could be improved with a few simple personal touches
