House w heated pool & games

I loved the house so pretty. Loved the area as well because it was next to everything from my university to the clubs.

I wished I would have known that you have to prepay in advance for the pool services.

The decorations were cute

The pool was completely unusable. We asked to make sure the pool would be ready as we were planning on having a few guests to go swimming and the pool was green. Idk the last time there were chlorine tablets in it because the basket was moldy. Several things were broken including the sliding glass door. The remotes for the fans were not working, the tv remote didn’t work, there was spilled drinks all over outside, the trash cans were already overflowing and sitting right next to the front door in over 100 degree weather so the smell was awful, and the beds were not comfortable. Overall it was a terrible stay and I would listen to the reviews. I read the reviews and took them lightly because everyone said things were taken care of quickly. Well you can’t clean a green pool quickly and I booked and messaged them weeks in advance to make sure the pool was ready. We didn’t even stay the second night, I asked for a refund for the second night and only got $109 after paying almost $800 for 2 nights.

It was in a good central location.

after using both bathroom sinks they started pouring water out and we had to quickly turn of the water to both bathroom sinks. leaving 8 girls sharing a kitchen sink for everything. the host said “we will get someone out asap” and nothing happened. we also noticed pre existing water damage meaning this has happened before. i’ve asked for a compensation because $2100 for two days with no sink is ridiculous. many things were broken like this stool with only two screws that i sat down in and almost fell out of. the place was also not clean. rugs have never been shampooed and are clearly matted and dirty, your feet would be dirty from standing on the rugs. because of this we felt that nothing else was clean either.

I wish I could give a better than ten rating. When the next wedding comes up, that would be the spot to go. Even though it was only my husband and I we had a hoot. The backyard alone has so much to offer! We’ll be back for certain.
