"UNA DECEPCIÓN TOTAL, NADA QUE VER CON LAS FOTOS."

AMBSOLUTAMENTE NADA, ME FUÍ

Las fotos no reflejan la realidad del lugar ni del apartamento. Edificio antiguo, caduco y no muy bien conservado en un callejón que está cercano a la zona comercial pero lo que transita nada tiene que ver con un movimiento de gente que esperas encontrar, es un entorno de callejones no muy agradable, merecedores de premios a los grafiteros. Al entrar en el bloque, el asecensor permite sólo dos personas y te piden que si llevas maletas subas por turnos… Al llegar al rellano de la puerta encontramos una bolsa de basura y al abrir la puerta del piso se nos cayó el alma al suelo. Un olor entre humedad y tubería muy desagradable e insoportable no permitía estar en el piso. El ambiente era gris, en las imágenes no puede apreciarse así. Nos marchamos, dejamos las llaves encima de la mesa, cerramos la puerta y entramos en el hotel Catalonia El Pilar que había en la esquina. UNA ESTAFA, precio aberrante por algo que apenas pagaría la mitad.

"Muchísimo ruido-apartamento en zona de bares"

Ubicación buena y apartamento muy nuevo.

Está en la calle de todos los bares de fiesta. Muchísimo ruido a pesar de que hay ventanas dobles. Si te cuesta dormir, no vas a dormir en toda la noche.
