Cozy Cabin: River View with Hot Tub

Location is beautiful and quiet. Walmart does deliver here.Great water pressure and hot shower. Great internet connection.

Lock box was difficult to operate, the lights didnt work in the living room. The front left eye on the stove didnt work. The gas grill was clearly marked dont use charcoal yet when opened to prepare the grill to cook our meal someone had used charcoal in it as it was still in it. We closed the grill and just cooked on the kitchen. However, some of the pots and pans provided have seen better days and should be removed. There was a broken chair in the dining room, and the headboard was missing a piece. HOWEVER, the one reason I booked this cabin was for the hot tub. My husband was going fishing and my plan was to relax in the hot tub because Im not much into fishing.The first thing I noted was the powerful scent of chlorine which, at the time I thought was normal, it isn''t. The water was murky. There was a layer of sediment settled on the seats in the hot tub. At that point I realized it was probably not safe to get. in.There were several other things I made note of to the the site I rented the cabin through and emailed/texted the owner about. I didnt hear from either of. them.

Property needs lots of interior work. There was no soap in the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable and very bouncy. Furniture was old.

Everything about the stay was relaxing and being on the little creek was the best

Hot tub (could not get in, chlorine too high, need blankets, need fresh towels,

It was a nice rustic cabin but was kinda tricky turning lights, heat, etc on and off. Shower was good

Only 3 towels provided for 2 nights and no rug in bathroom. Ironing board but no iron. Window in bedroom had slid down and was open at the top about 2 inches. No extra blankets for pullout couch. No shampoo, conditioner ,or soap for tub. Some of the lights didn’t work in bedroom.

Light switches hard to locate. Bulbs missing in some lights.
