Booking said check out can be at 11 but the morning of the check out , the host contacted me to remind me that check out is 10. We never got to sleep at the luxury suite we paid for , they moved us to another apartment . I should have checked reviews before booking .

Wallpaper was peeling off, it looked nothing as the picture advertised. Curtains weren't even clipped in decently. We were four people. There were only two towels.
ZAGreat location. Comfortable bed. Clean and there was a light for loadshedding. Very big tv and the host was nice, gave us an extra hour to check out.
Furniture is a bit worn out. Sadly we couldn't watch Netflix, Showmax etc..they were all locked so the was no entertainment. Not enough towels, no soap or shower gel in the bathroom😔

The bedding was not satisfactory and shortage of pillows
BWThe location is serene and quite secure. I felt safe moving around the Estate. Also, the proximity to Mall of Africa is an added bonus.
Unhappy with the overall cleanliness of the home for instance the couches had stains and the bed sheets and pillow cases were not well cleaned. The host didn’t have guest towels in the bathrooms. The stove cooker kept tripping the electricity.
