Very good location wise. Easy access to the shopping centre below which is a plus. Love the verandah facing the pool and garden. Lovely to sit there in the morning with a cup of coffee and unwind in the evening.

Need to upgrade the furniture in the apartment. All rickety and hard. Especially the sofa in the living room. There is only one good bed in there which is in room 2. Single bed in room near the entrance, the frame where the mattress lay, kept falling apart. We have to do something to fix it to use it. The single beds in the master bedroom creaked when you lie, moved and sit down on it. Not comfortable to sleep on. Overall, not fit for long stays comfort wise.

The unit has a very quite environment and beautiful view of Kuching City during the sunrise & evening sunset. The unit has everything including toiletries, washing machine, wifi tv, oven, and high speed internet. The bedroom is ok, though a room at the entrance is quite small. The air conditioning worked fine and the room is clean and comfy. Great place for weekend stay with family and friends, especially when you want to shop at Vivacity Megamall the whole day. It’s a great pitstop for you, family and friends!

The parking lot is too high at level 9, not easy to climb up from the ground level 😒
