Location: The place is closer to the Falls—a walkable distance, and I liked that. Parking: If you drive there, parking is on the street next to the apartment. My car was safe there. Entrance into the apartment: There is a main entrance, and you do not need a physical key to enter; you get the code to the door. I liked that because sometimes we forget the physical keys when we leave to go places, so it was so convenient to enter the code to unlock the doors both to the building and to the apartment. Apartment: I rented the ground apartment. --> Living Room: I appreciated the nice rug (carpet) on the floor beneath the couch, soft and comfortable and it is new too. The sofa is the main character of the living room, it is comfortable and a cozy place to spend a couple of hours relaxing after Niagra Falls activities of the day. The television is available to those who enjoy watching TV, with many channels to choose from. The AC is also available ( I was there in the early fall so it was a little warm, therefore I needed the AC unit ). A dining table with chairs is provided for you too, I sat there for my dinners. --> Bathroom: The space in the bathroom is reasonable for average-sized people, a new toilet pot is installed and the shower area has a bathtub and a shower head, warm water is good enough to make one enjoy their shower (I thank the owner for printing out clear instructions and placed them on the wall) --> Kitchen: Nice size, with many storage space. Packs of noodles, coffee, cooking oil, salt, and a few items were available. Pots and pans and an electric stove were also made available to prepare your meals. I liked that because I cooked my meals through the 4-day stay. --> Bedroom: Thank you for a comfortable bed covered with white linens. A chair and a desk to do some work, I sat there every morning to study the Bible. AC unit in the bedroom is a plus. A place to hang clothes was made available too.

There was a strange door in my apartment to which I had no access. It kept me wondering what was behind it. The apartment is not new, but renovated therefore there were a couple of things that may need improvement - mainly the bathroom and kitchen. Nonetheless, these won't stop you from enjoying your stay there. If you have another guest staying in the apartment on the first floor, it may be a little bit of a disturbance when they move things or walk around. I had my noise-canceling headphones on to avoid that. That being said, it is not that big of a deal.

The location was great as it was close to the falls which was amazing!!! The place was very clean and spacious. The couch was very comfy to watch TV and relax. Was also nice to have a full kitchen to cook meals.

Had to wait to get in, as the cleaners hadn't got to the apartment, by the time we got there. The bed was a little hard, but still slept good! Needed some lamps in the the living room and bedrooms, but we made do! Was also missing tea towels and dish cloths and face cloths.

Quite and clean and can cook meals.

Strong smell unpleasant.
