Principado Arena 18-A Levante Beach

The view was spectacular, the apartment was very spacious and easily fit all 8 of us comfortably. Pool was quiet and we were all able to get a sunbed at any time of day. Walking out of the front gate onto the promenade and beach was great. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could need, eg, hairdryer, washer, iron, tv's air-conditioning in all the rooms. Full oven, microwave and dishwasher.

To nit pick I would say we would have liked more door keys 2x sets was hard to distribute between 8.

Property could have been a little cleaner. Extra pillows would have been great too.

Beautiful spacious apt fantastic views Clean and so so much room

The management company that run this for the owner are a shambles. There is a key pad on the front gate, they give you a code knowing full well the key pad doesn't work . After 2 hours of pleading at the front gate on the phone ,someone finally came out reluctantly and said yes it doesn't work. ( how the hell were you supposed to get in then ?) He gave us 2 keys between 8 of us which was ridiculous. We rang but no one ever answered. So I messaged for to more sets ,only to be told only 2 keys are given out. Under normal circumstances with the keypad working yes 2 keys would have been great. 8 people doing different things . 2 keys is ridiculous. I messaged multiple times but no help was offered ,a problem that could have been sorted with 2 more sets of keys. It really messed up our holiday as we had to wait for one of the 2 people always wasting hrs and causing stress. This accommodation is a 10 out of 10 place. Miserabley let down with the incompetence and an uninterested management company attitude. Message to the owners . Sack this lot and get someone else for your own sakes. I have booked 100s of hotel rooms and apts, this is the worst management ever. No one was ever in the reception to help . No one answers the bell on the key pad ever. Holiday totally ruined money wasted.

Beautiful location and very spacious for 8. Very well equipped close to the beach. The pool is open all year.

Only enough hot water for two showers before having to wait an hour for the very small tank to heat up again. Collecting and depositing the keys is a long walk if you do not have a car and at the beginning and end of a long journey.

Great location. Amazing views. Plenty of space. Very comfortable.

No negatives at all for us.
