the location is absolutely great! right in front of of one of the best beaches in Las Americas, a short walk away from Los Cristianos and close to either shopping centres and restaurants. couldn’t get more convenient than this one. the check-in has been most easy, and the staff hugely kind and responsive. the flat is quite comfortable and well organised, and equipped with the essential for a nice stay. despite in a crowded location it is quiet enough at night and one can enjoy breakfast looking at the sea.

there’s only one thing one must be aware: the whole building has an issue with cockroaches. the flat had been treated I’ve been told, and in all fairness when I wrote the staff about this, they intervened immediately, thoroughly cleaned and treated the whole flat again. nevertheless the issue wasn’t really resolved and someone might be more sensitive to such a problem than others, especially when those bugs crawl even onto the kitchen furniture.

The location was perfect it had every restaurant, supermarkets. The owners of the apartment was angels and I really appreciated being in there place and them being my host

The apartment was in a great location for us right on the sea front as we wanted to be out and about and everything was on hand , there was everything we needed and more. we were able to contact the owners for answers to our questions easily and they always messaged back quickly top tips - supermarket up the road across the crossing and then up again on the left (5 min walk) and has everything remotes in apartment white are for fans, black for tv, to many great restaurants around but great value food and drink at players bar on the front and corner house restaurant and our favorite was El Burgado great apartment in great location would definitely return

an iron would have been nice but we were ok with out one

Really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. I was worried regarding the loudness being so close but it was perfect for my needs. Quieten downs around 10:30pm. The location is perfect, a stones throw from the seat and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend and definitely would love to stay again. Picking the keys up was easy and straight forward. Lovely host! Thanks

Friendly and accessible owners, well-equipped apartman next to one of the best beaches in Tenerife (Playa de las Vistas) where the sand is great for kids, the breakwater stones to the left are nice for snorkeling and there are shops and restaurants close-by.

The restaurants below the flat mean some noise and smells, but it was all within manageable.

Great owners who were always available to help with anything. Beachfront location is nice. Parking could be difficult but owners were upfront about it. Wifi/internet speed was great and convenient enough for video conferences and zoom calls.

Perfect location and wonderful sea view for a very reasonable price (given the price for similar apartments) Wifi was brilliant I streamed football matches and had no problems Host was always available on whatsapp for any questions or potential problems. I thought there might be noise at night from McDonalds and bars underneath but everything was wrapped up by 10.30. I will definitely stay again!
