Las vistas desde la habitación y la terraza, la ubicación y la comodidad de la cama.

Acceso al hotel muy incomodo. Ninguna ayuda para el transporte del equipaje ni en la entrada ni la salida. Recepción fría, trato muy distante y con pocas ganas de agradar. Poco profesional exceptuando el recepcionista que hizo el "checkin" La ubicación de la recepción tampoco ayuda a su acceso. La limpieza de la habitación muy deficiente, tuvimos que reclamar una nueva limpieza el segundo día. La información de la empleada del SPA fue nula, nos remitió al folleto de la habitación que por cierto, no había.
