The Apartment was spotless, comfortable and super warm with a well equipped Kitchen .

Only the entrance decor is a little tired and actual door to the flat needed attention but absolutely nothing to compromise the apartment itself

Nice to call an apartment with good facilities and to access accessories to use I couldn’t get the Wi-Fi and the TV connected, but I just messaged the property owners and they were quick to reply and help

Just so you know, the fourth bed is a pull-out sofa in the living room which is fine, but just FYI The location has limited parking and you have to go up a very steep flight of stairs to get to the room. I wish there was pictures of the front of the property not just the inside on the booking.

The flat was lovely and clean with a nice stocked kitchen. The shower worked well and the beds were comfortable. The tea, coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Good value for price paid 😃

Only a few channels on the TV with no access to apps so difficult to entertain children at night time. Noise outside over the weekend was annoying but expected due to location as close to pubs and taxi ranks ect. Would have scored a ten if the above wasn't an issue I would still recommend .

Host was magical- easy to get hold of and quick to sort any issues. Flat lock failed and Hosted had it replaced within an hour, well done. Two fans were supplied for keeping us cool during the hot weather during our stay. Kitchen was well equipped .

Outside door entrance was shared with other flats, this was sometimes left unlocked by the other residents. Stairway- the banisher was loose at the bottom and wasn't long enough to reach the top of the stairs making a it a safety hazard going down stairs. WIFI- was shared with a few flats so not secure and very slow at times. ( I have IT knowledge ) Bathroom- bit of mould growing in shower and ceiling areas. Oven smoked badly when we used it for a pizza- might be needing deep cleaned.

The soap shower gels were full cleaning productsavailable,plates glasses etc condiments provided

Entrance dull tired shabby door to get into flat doorlock had to be turned about 7times to lock same on way out, window latches loose falling down so could not close easily,needed step ladders to close, door locks smashed out the whole place needs a make over or price change to reflect decor and furnishings.very disappointed bed linen especially the single poor quality bed poor quality double bed comfy but really noisy.
