Ekostay Gold - Cosy Cove Villa

People of the property or host of the property doesnt know the meaning of hospitality. After doing the booking we were calling them continously but they were not even picking up the calls to confirm. We were on the way to property but they didnt pick up the calls.

Its was and great experience staying in this villa. The service was great, the staff was kind and helpful. The villa was well maintained and at the time we arrive the villa its was clean and beautiful, we all felt very happy. We had good experience so we will come regularly to Ekostay Villa's.

The villa is beautifully maintained by the company. This stay was unforgettable experience. The private pool and the outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing. The location of the villa was breathtaking. The view was very peaceful. The staff was polite and always ready to help. All the things are available as we were at home. One of the best villa in lonavala. We can't wait to visit again.

I had a terrible experience with Booking.com and one of their listed properties — EkoStay Gold – Cosy Cove Villa (Booking ID: 5292332949). Despite having a confirmed “pay at property” booking for 12 people, we were denied check-in on arrival because the property was already occupied by someone else. The worst part? Zero accountability. EkoStay told us to call Booking.com, but Booking.com has no way to speak to a human when you need urgent help. We were left stranded, with children, without any help or alternative arrangements. It was extremely distressing and unprofessional. Booking.com sent multiple confirmation emails (even asking for my arrival time), but still allowed a double booking to happen. This clearly shows lack of coordination between the platform and the property. This ruined our weekend, cost us extra money, and caused massive inconvenience. Booking.com needs to: Have real-time customer service for emergencies Take responsibility when confirmed bookings fall through Vet their partners better and enforce accountability Very disappointed. I will be reconsidering using this platform in the future unless I receive a fair resolution and compensation.
