Ski on Ski off Mtn Chalet

The location is very nice. You are surrounded by nature from all sides and there are several things to do close by the property e.g. water park and zip lining

We were all VERY DISAPPOINTED with the property!!! Wish I could say otherwise, but giving max 2 points and don't recommend this for others. We would recommend instead then booking the hotel where you have everything included in the price you pay... (1) It was DIRTY (see example pictures), we did get the cleaning service (80 dollars) refunded which was nice, but still... it was bad and we were very upset, as we felt we payed for a clean and good accomodation, which was not at all what we got. (2) FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - meaning there were many things listed in the booking.com advertisement that were not true... such as the type of beds, No spa tub, No sauna, No mini bar, the Swimming pool and Fitness cost a lot of extra (170 or 175 dollars per day per person)... This should be very clearly stated and not just be a small statement (additional fee) when you scroll down - while in the top it's stated as if it was included in the booking.com payment. Please update the information such that it accurately reflects the current state of the property!!!

The leak under the sink was alittle pain due to me cooking and cleaning and the Wi-Fi was not working and also the shower pressure on the first level was very low .

I loved the location.

No internet service the whole stay, they promised to fix it but never did. Also, I booked the room mainly because of the beauty pool they advertised however, when i got there and tried to use the pool, I was told that the pool is not part of the air bb. So we never got to use the pool they advertised. False advertisment. You need to be honest and take down those pictures of a pool and other amenities if they are not going to be provided. We paid our money and got short handed big time. My family and I were very disappointed.

Good location

House smelled as if there was heavy smoking. Rooms were disheveled

Came for a night with my family,had it all booked. We traveled 3 h and the room wasn’t accessible,they told us it didn’t pass inspection. The same day we had to travel back to Ny, my family was disappointed. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this is unacceptable.
