Spacious 2B2B Condo near downtown & Microsoft

Heater in one of the rooms didn’t work. But the hosts replied timely to provide a portable heater for the night.

The house’s electrical needs some serious renovation. We tried minimizing our use of electricity(take turns to dry our hair, avoid using other appliances when the washing machine is on etc.) but the electricity still jumps every night. Another issue is the parking spot. This unit comes with a parking spot right next to the stairs that lead to the unit. But we’d find it occupied by others 2 out of 4 nights.

Convenience to our activities. Bed was comfortable, pleasantly decorated and ample towels and toiletries. Easy check in and check out.

The condo shows signs of wear. For instance, one of the kitchen drawers wasn’t operable and One of the cold water faucets makes a loud noise when turning it on.

My boyfriend loved how close it was to Microsoft. We also really liked that it had a covered patio since it rained most of our 16 day stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a huge plus! We loved that they had everything including laundry pods (even though we brought our own stuff to use), shower necessities, and kitchen supplies.

The upstairs neighbor walks VERY loudly…nearly all day and into the later night hours. You can even hear her 2 small dogs (<10lbs each) running around…That didn’t bother us as much as it did hearing her stomp around for majority of the day/evening. We believe she has a treadmill that she walks on often, but are unsure. The couch is also rather small and hard, which is likely due to it being a sofa bed. We also had to run the dryer several times to get our small loads dry and we found that we had to run the dishwasher two times to get the dishes clean and it took over 3 hours to wash 1 load.

Loved the fully outfitted kitchen, linens, and washer and dryer in the unit
