It was okay men overpriced for sure.

The description of the room was incorrect. We booked the expensive room because of the jacuzzi, but when we arrived we were very excited but was told the room doesn’t have a jacuzzi. What a disappointment 🤨.So I suggest that you correct your description of your hotel, so u don’t mislead your future customers. Thanks you.

It's quiet. The villas are beautiful!

- No TV in the Villa.... - The food wasn't good and yet they didn't allow guests to bring in food. - Not the best reception overall....SBH Monica appears to get more attention than Cristal Resort whilst it's the same owner.

Très bel hôtel, personnel serviable et souriant, petit déjeuner excellent et varié

Modern, clean, convenient, with friendly staff.

Price is a bit high.

Sea view and beach service is fantastic! The staff like Ibrahim and Leon, and the Girls from restaurant were fantastic. The room is great with great air con. Not far away from the village wich is fantastic to go to dinner and shop.

The bathroom, is very smelly, water goes inside the room, and the pressure is not good.

Staff wonderful, welcoming, efficient, helpful Location and space amazing Felt like a 4* hotel

The maids forget a little smthg every day for our rooms but nothing major. Just phoned reception and it was sorted instantly. Wifi a little temperamental

La gentillesse du personnel la qualité des repas l'état des chambres et de la salle de bain. Une plage rien que pour nous car le tel est à moitié en réfection et il n'y avait qu'une vingtaine de chambres donc on se sentait vraiment au large

Qu'il n'y ait pas de moustiquaire dans la salle de bain et le manque d'intimité dans la petite piscine privée qui est devant la chambre et qui est est face à la Chambre d'en face. La finition de l'ensemble du bâti le système d'accrochage de la moustiquaire au-dessus du lit qui ne devrait pas tenir longtemps
