Very noisy from highway Breakfast was not very good

Pictures made it look like a charming older place. It is more like a run-down property needing some work to make it nice.

The bed was shockingly low to the floor, although it was comfortable. There were random holes in the walls, looked like someone had punched a hole in the bathroom door, there was water damage in the bathroom to the walls and ceiling. The body wash dispenser in the tub was completely empty (which was fine, we just use what’s there if we can so we don’t have to bring in our bathroom bag). The tv kept disconnecting from the internet, which made it unusable most of the time. We had to have someone come and fix it, but we didn’t bother after that. The breakfast was very basic (powder eggs, powder gravy, frozen biscuits), and the coffee was very, very weak. My husband was so unhappy that he e wanted us to move somewhere else at around midnight.

Lobby was clean and open, staff were friendly and helpful.

Room cleanliness did not meet expectations. Found hair and fluid stains on bed frame and had to switch rooms. Second room wasn't much better. Staff need to be trained to wipe down bed frames. Further, some of the furniture was peeling apart. Could use replacement.

Air conditioning in the room wasn’t working all that good. It was on & blowing out cold air, but it was still extremely hot in the room.
