"Decent value and and location but dated"

Good location for visiting flaming Gorge. Decent value compared to other options in town. Owners/caretakers were friendly.

Property has clearly seen better days and pictures are misleading. Rooms are a little dreary but clean. Breakfast was absolutely horrible.

"It was a good place to stay for the price."

It was clean and quiet. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. (We had an issue with the television, but someone from the front desk came to our room to get it up and running.)
