"Never coming back again."

It is a big apartment

The location and the distance between the apartment and the city center. The host does not understand english and she was a bit too scared of thieves.

"No flexibility with the check-in"

The apartment is decent and clean, it's a comfortable stay overall. The price was also reasonable for what you get. Our main complaints are regarding the lack of flexibility with the check-in and overall poor communication, which worsened significantly our trip in Genoa.

Lack of flexibility regarding check-in and no possibility of self check-in, even though we sent photos of our documents via WhatsApp and kindly asked and insisted for an earlier/later check-in or a self check-in. This mostly ruined our trip, since we only had a day in Genoa and we had to interrupt our visit to go back at the apartment (~40 minutes from the old town) in the specific 3-hour time frame when the host could get there and leave us the keys. Huge disappointment, definitely would not have booked if we knew the check-in procedure is this rigid.

nice TV and sofa,

old and not clean furnitures, insufficient utilities like no wifi, no shower utilities like shampoo, gel etc. , no hair dryer
