St John's Town of Dalry Glentress Apartment 1

I was walking the Southern Upland Way. I had a few questions before arriving and David was always very quick to reply and always helpful. When i was at the property I was struggling a little blisters. Turned out OK but David offered to help in anyway he could. The property ia literally on the route

Location to where I needed to be

No facilities to make food, ( ie sandwicjh or snack)did not expect full cooking facilities but was ok for time of stay

Very comfortable and clean. Host was very considerate and caring.

Excellent large room, relaxed home from home. No hint of corporateism

Bed could be slightly bigger.....but I am quite tall!

Clean, comfortable and close to where J needed to be the following day.

Fabulous shower, comfortable bed and lovely tea/ coffee provided. Love the location. David is an excellent host too.

Excellent for a short stay, longer stay I feel a fridge would be needed. We came prepared but I suspect some guests turn up without spoons/ bowls etc to do breakfast. There's no cafe In the village.

Felt like someone was in there with you, you can hear people talking in the bathroom like they where in the same flat, it has 2 other bedrooms and we thought they was in them
