Leo's Home Stay

I had a very pleasant stay at Leo‘s home stay. It is located in a very nice and peaceful location while still very accessible to the city. Rooms are very nice and clean. The owner and his family did a wonderful job, helped me with all my questions and did everything for a highly pleasant stay. I cannot recommend this lovely home stay in Colombo enough.

It's not special, but it is still not your budget option. Won't save you a lot of money, but won't make your stay fabulous either. It's basic: safe, comfortable enough, has all you need, but on a basic level. Can't complain, but don't expect anything extraordinary. The staff were very nice and friendly! All in all - I would recommend it, unless you want something fancy and luxurious. The location is nice, too: right next to Mount Lavinia beach, a lovely beach with a number of good restaurants in the vicinity. It is far from the Bandaranaike airport, though (an hour long ride).
