La Villa del Mare - Nafpaktos Beach

The villa is really lovely, awesome kitchen, really large living areas and perfect for a family, or two. The pool separates each villa, so best to book both, so strangers aren't swimming in your lounge room. The view is beautiful and the grounds are well looked after. It is comfortable, beds are a bit short, AC is not well placed, yet the villa is clean and new. Kind owner who is very generous and on hand, nearby.

Lack of privacy.

Beautiful location right near the beach and away from the bustle of the town. Very welcoming host and spotlessly clean. Well equipped and spacious. Lovely finishing touches such as robes, slippers and tea/coffee

Could have done with a full length mirror, hooks for robes, side lamps for bedrooms. A little tricky to find but I understand a sign will be put up soon.

Space for car, proximity to town. Close to a large supermarket. Bathrobes were a nice touch. Pool was lovely and safety aspect for children was good. Immediate surroundings were tidy with nice garden.

Lack of signage and street names and/or gps location points. BB directions should include kilometres from Nafpaktos centre for turning onto Makedonias road. Basics are missing eg. chopping board, salt pepper, oil, tea, milk, aluminium foil, clingwrap etc. More information for guests like pamphlets on local attractions and restaurants. There was no provision for suitcases in bedrooms. Property was still being completed and was not really ready to accept guests at this price point. I don't believe this property is suitable for disabled people. Main bathroom is small. Security in bedrooms was very annoying - flashing lights when movement detected.
