Apto. Abad Najera, en el casco antiguo de Alicante

Appartamento accogliente situato proprio nel Barrio, vicino praticamente a tutto. Pulito ed accogliente con vista sul castello e sui tetti della città. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata con macchina da caffè, microonde ed addirittura la lavastoviglie! Letto comodo, divanetto,, wi-fi con buon segnale. Bagno piccolo ma completo di doccia molto grande, wc, lavabo e lavatrice, con sapone mani, gel doccia e shampoo ottimi a disposizione.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this apartment. Communication with the host was extremely poor from the beginning — it was difficult to get clear answers or assistance. The apartment itself was noisy: the fridge made loud noises throughout the night and unfortunately was placed directly next to the head of the bed which made it impossible to sleep comfortably, and the lack of proper sound insulation meant we could clearly hear the neighbors noise constantly. We also had several issues with the security deposit. I had a temporary problem with my bank, so it was impossible for me to pay the deposit by card or bank transfer. Despite explaining the situation, the host initially refused to accept the deposit in cash. Only after insisting several times did they finally send someone to collect it — but that person was unprofessional and even left our apartment door open when leaving. Later, the host changed their mind about returning the deposit in cash, despite having promised to do so at first. Instead, they returned it by bank transfer, which resulted in significant losses for us due to exchange rate differences and bank transfer fees. Overall, the experience was stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend this accommodation or host due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, and low-quality conditions.

A szállás önellátó volt. Minden igényünket kielégítette. Nagyon jó helyen van ,minden pár perc alatt elérhető.

Very good location. The size of the property is sufficient for two people. Very clean, and cleaning products were left for the duration of the stay. Kitchen equipment in very good condition, clean dishes. A big plus is the iron. Easy access to the third floor thanks to the elevator. Nice view from the window of the castle, especially at night.

I liked that you get a code to enter,they let us earlier at 10am which was very nice. Communication through messages is fast. Flat is clean,near to beach and restaurants/shops. Verything was perfect!

We know Alicante very well this is our 7th stay here in the last 10 years. We loved the location of this property as it is virtually in the centre of town near all the restaurants cafes and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We actually stayed next door last year but found this property much better very well equipped with everything we needed including a lift which was very welcoming as the apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is also a fantastic view of the castle from the bed it’s lit up at night and looks amazing in the morning sun. One very good thing is you can gain entry via a link sent to you by the owners on your phone and we were able to gain access several hours before the stated time of 4pm which meant we didn’t have to wait around in the hot sun all day with suitcases as we did last year .

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property maybe a safe would have been welcome but considering you need a key to open the front door and then a key to the apartment it probably isn’t necessary just maybe for peace of mind. You can also open both doors via a link on your phone sent by the owners.
