"Piso sin ninguna pretensión a buen precio y baja calidad"

La ubicacion del piso es buena y la latina es un buen barrio.

Para empezar la comunidad prohibe la existencia de este piso y te sientes ilegal y molestando a los vecinos. El piso lo limpian poco o muy poco. Siguen todos los fallos y cosas rotas de los comentarios de hace un año. La relacion con las personas q alquilan se reduce a un par de wasaps para q te abran la puerta a distancia y poco mas.

"OK para una estancia breve"

Alojamiento tal cual se describe en el anuncio. A pesar de ser pequeño cuenta con todas las comodidades, está bastante cerca de una estación de metro y también a una distancia corta de la plaza de Sol.

El baño tenia un olor a cañería muy fuerte, adicionalmente no dejaron toallas suficientes para todos los huéspedes. Los vecinos del edificio se quejaron ante nosotros por el uso turístico del apartamento.

"Piso con buena ubicacion y reformado"

La ubicación era muy buena, estaba todo muy limpio y la comunicación con el propietario muy buena tambien

Los vecinos no están conforme con el piso turístico y se nota cuando te cruzas con alguno. Falta alguna cosilla básica como secador de pelo o menaje de cocina.
