Excellent location! Very comfortable and great host.

The apartment is convenient for the train station and it's only a short walk to get groceries or go to a bar / restaurant. It's nicely but simply decorated with full amenties.

We loved everything about this apartment. Location was excellent, 4 minutes from the train station. 3 small balconies, 1 with a sea view. Spotlessly clean, everything we needed and more. Great instructions on how to find it. Communication with Pietro very good.

There are 3 balconies which was great. The location is excellent as its only a short walk to the train station. The kitchen is well equipped.

There were 4 of us and sometimes there wasn't enough hot water.

Location was close to the train station which was great.

The entrance way and stairwell to the apartment was very dirty and dusty including the door mat to the apartment. Apartment inside was clean. No tea towels were supplied and proper bath towels should have been supplied instead of the thin cotton sheet thing. The sofa bed and mattress was awful and unusable - mattress on it was so old, thin and worn. The lock box was broken so we had to walk 5 min in La Spezia to collect the key. It was difficult not having a lock box when staying as there was 4 of us and only 1 set of keys - we could not go different ways as we then could not get back into apartment if another person had keys. Washing machine - needed instructions. Kitchen very tiny. No airconditioning.

Close to the railway station not in the super touristy street

Great location, no need to climb on the hills from station. Its just around the station corner

The tourist tax system. Its not paid to an official gov website or something but instead the property team will ask you to pay via their tourism website.
