Apartment Holiday in Split, near the old town, three rooms, balcony, garage

Location. Owner tried to help as much as he can but the property facilities are poor for the property rental price. We have seen better property options with the same price.

Bathtub is too narrow and unsafe to shower Water heater is too small for the appartment size for 6 people. Water gets cold very fast. Bed mattress is very poor and uncomfortable. No air conditioning inside the rooms. Only one air conditioner for the whole house in the living room.

Modern flat and friendly owner.

The bin had not been emptied from the previous user and not enough towels.

Les bons points : Le garage super même pour un SUV Emplacement proche des lieux historiques, du port, commerces, salles de sport, lieu de fête pour les jeunes, restaurants... Climatisation car été très chaud. Pas vu le propriétaire, mais pas besoin car avec un minimum d'Anglais et les vidéos sur Snapchat l'entrée dans les lieux fut facile. Pas vue de criminalité même tard le soir

Les points moins bien : Pas de douche, la baignoire peu être un peu difficile pour les personnes âgées Le volet de ma chambre était cassé et les vitres coté avenue un peu minces lors des soirées de matchs (2 fois en une semaine) Attention à la clim qui fait de la condensation si elle est trop forte Pour l'évacuation de vos déchets il faut faire tout le tour de l'immeuble un peu long mais c'est sur le chemin pour le garage qui est aussi un peu loin car l'accès direct n'est faisable que du garage, il manque une clé... L'ascenseur attention pas plus de 200 Kg

Unit was very clean, very convenient location close to bus stop, grocery stores, and only a 15 min walk to Old Town.

Easy self check-in using lockbox - clear directions from our host on how to access the apt. Spacious apartment for family stay. Great location to old town Split with some good cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Washer and drying rack was very helpful. Elevator to access apt unit.

Parking garage was a little complicated but once you figure out where it is, it's not a huge deal. However there is no elevator direct from parking to apartment so you do have to carry luggage up some stairs before getting to the apt elevator. Beds were a little soft but that's more personal preference.
