The hotel was very family friendly. The manager of the hotel was called Prince and he made our stay very comfortable. Princes assistant was called Arjuna and he was also very helpful and made our stay extra special.

The food was incredible but sadly the restaurant wasn’t open 24 hours. Hopefully one day they will serve round the clock so we can enjoy the food on a more regular basis! All in all we don’t have a bad word to say about this hotel. We are very happy

The hotel was really nice and very close to the lake. The worker called Prince was very hardworking and helpful. Our children loved the pizza, the swimming pool and playing with the puppy. Whilst we were staying Price always made sure our children were comfortable and he really enjoyed learning English. We are going back in 3 weeks!!!

The rooftop room and the location

I have a broken foot and the staff is lacking professionalism but mostly, no sympathy for people only money. They offer no help, I don’t have wifi plus no electricity. There’s no answer since 24 hours. Also ordering food messages are read but I still didn’t received it. The food is not good but I can’t walk. They also don’t have card payment

The exterior was good.

The location was on a very narrow road. The facilities were not satisfactory. There was not enough space to park the car properly. The food was not good. The bathroom was not clean and flush was not working properly. Proper toiletries were not provided.the bed sheet had holes. The extra blankets given were a little smelly so they had to change them 3 times.

That said, in terms of value for money, it is acceptable if you just need a place to stay for two or three days. The location is excellent – you’re not stuck in the busy, noisy center of Pushkar, yet it’s only a 5-minute walk away. The swimming pool was nice and well maintained, which was a plus.

This hotel was overall fine for a short stay. The rooms were very simple and nothing particularly special, and in our case the bathroom did not work properly, which was inconvenient.
