I liked the place, the rom was optimal size, comfortable facilities, everything working, strong Wifi, nice gym and great location The Staff is also helpful and friendly

The cleaning is not free of charge (costs 100K dong)

Easy location to walk around, local dining and coffee shops. Laundry services close by.

Door didn't completely lock. Safe didn't work. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Water from shower flowed to the toilet area regularly.

I stayed 1-2 months here in different rooms and the experience is highly dependent on the type and location of the room assigned. - Front building rooms are bigger, nicer (suite/triple rooms), with large windows, views and blockout curtains, - Back rooms (Deluxe/Superior) are okay, but sometimes noisy due to a mexican bar on that side that stays open every night till 2am. - Side rooms (Deluxe/Superior) was my least favourite. They are small with two windows above the bed with a thin shade so light shines down from 6am. Room is also next to the lift shaft, so you can hear it running. - Overall, the beds are comfortable, clean sheets and towels, toiletries provided, tv, kettle, microwave, cooktop, washing machine in each room. - Hotel is situated in great location in centre of My An in a relatively quiet area and no construction next door. - Internet works and speed is around 80mbps (unlike many other hotels) - Free coffee, toast and jam every morning. Free drinking water available.

Kitchen has only an induction cooktop with some bowls, plates and cutlery. No cookware, kitchen knives, board or utensils are provided. You can ask the staff for more, however I was only given one pot. - Desk is not good for working. It is very thin in width, no chair provided, only a small stool. - Noise. Soundproofing is poor and you can hear a lot of noise from the people moving around upstairs. Many digital nomads stay here that stay up all night if they need to work on other time zones, so I got woken up a lot some nights. As previously mentioned if at the back near the bar, it might be noisy. - Small ant problem can be found in most rooms - The side room I stayed in was awful and covered with small flies, mould and a bad sewer smell every time I turned the tap on. Staff didn't seem to see any problem when I asked them to clean it and look into the issues. They just suggested spraying the room with insect spray. I ended up leaving a few days later, as they did not want to resolve it.

There was no window in the room, but it was written in the booking conditions.

The location is great for the beach, lots of cafe's and convenience stores nearby too. The bed and bedding were nice and clean. Good air con. Washing machine but no detergent. I didn't use the gym (which was more just a room with equiptment), sauna or breakfast.

The bathroom had one light that was out, so it was a bit dark in there. There was an open panel in the ceiling above the shower which made me a little nervous. Some things were a little old and work but overall ok. The room itself was an ok size but a little dark, the window just faced another building. The sound of the plumbing and building noises were very loud and distrubing however.

The location is pretty good and the room was ok.

The room I stayed in has a strong smell which I can’t really stand and I was able to change to a different room as they are fully booked. For the same amount of money I would choose a different place as the free sauna and gym are not really sauna and gym just a small space that can be used.

Gym poor , and tiny like you couldn’t use with someone else its just a broken multip cable machine , but few weight took em to roof did what you can .It’s not breakfast it’s tea and toast ..self service
