GBHot tub was a hit with the kids, lovely inside and comfortable
GBlocation being close to the lake for evening views in the hot tub.
accommodation was extremely dirty. dirty cutlery, dirty pots and pans still with food on them, dog hairs and grime on oven and toaster . all rooms had lots of cobwebs , toothpaste still dribbled down the outside of the sink from previous guests. long dog hairs all over the sofas. although this is a pet friendly caravan it should still be cleaned thoroughly in-between guests. white powdery substance down the back of the sofa cushion. broken bed frame so our children had to sleep in separate rooms as one bed was collapsed towards the wall. what we believed was a blood stain on my sons pillow. not usually one to complain but when paying over £300 for 2 nights you expect it to be clean as a minimum.
