Firstly, the host/hostess was very prompt to reply at all times, and communicated very well through WhatsApp which works great. Details on the location of the condo and how to access the condo for very thorough. This was a lovely property, and I really enjoyed my stay. It is situated on the rooftop, so basically step out of your room and the pool is just a few metres away. The apartment was clean and there was an excellent supply of towels and extra bedsheets if needed. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare small meals. The shower worked well and had lots of hot water. This room has a huge private balcony. The AC and the Wi-Fi worked excellently. There’s lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. What the exception of the neighbour’s dog barking there was very little noise from the street, or from the other tenants in the building. Tonya, the security lady was always very kind and friendly. I would definitely consider this Condo again for my next visit.

I realize it’s just a matter of preference, and some people do enjoy a hard bed, however, I found the bed to be exceptionally hard. Also, there wasn’t a lot of closet space for clothing. The one closet occupied all the extra sheets, bedding, and towels. So I’d suggest some extra shelving or closet space. Also, the room needs a little TLC, especially repairs to the bed frame. It needs resurfacing and painting. These are just a few suggestions. It’s certainly did not distract from a very enjoyable stay. Thanks again.

The bed was uncomfortable, however the pillows were ok. Towel hooks would have been nice to have.

The location is great: it’s in a silent area away from the growds and loud bars, but still close to everything. Rooftop was also a plus!

It’s not very well isolated so you can hear your neighbours. Also the room is old and not well maintained so with bit more maintenance it would be excellent.

Nice apartment complex, the pool at the top is an added bonus, not too far to downtown.

Some basic bathroom amenities like shampoo/shower gel should be expected at this price, even hostels provide it.

In general it was an amazing stay, the location is good, close to everything and the room is very nice and comfortable. The facilities are great.

The blankets and towels were not good, some of them even broken.

When I booked a few more days, there would be an additional fee when I use card. I often swipe my card, but I have never encountered any additional fee. Then I went to another hotel.

Nice place to stay, very well equipped kitchen, we enjoyed the rooftop pool. 10 minitues walking distance from the 5th Avenue.
