Only that it was close to the ferry station

Rude personal, we just arrived after a whole day trip, they couldn't speak english however I gave our passports to an old man at the reception, 10 minutes later came a lady who showed us our room, but we didn't get back our passport. Then I asked her and she said, after we pay(directly in the room(not at the reception where our passports were) they give us back our passports. I told her, ok we go downstairs to the reception and I give you the money and you give me our passports, BUT it was not ok for her... I was a little bit afraid that they want to take our passports or whatever. However after I paid directly in our room, she gave us back our passports. but it was very unkind behavior. The room was dirty, and I asked via booking extra for a non-smoking room, but it was... So it was our worst accomodation experience during a 30 days long trip in Vietnam.

Very close to harbour for pnom Penh

Value for money: we spent only one night, the size was good, private bathroom, the location was a bit far from the city centre but the city is very small, so not a big issue.

The room was clean, but some corners needed more attention.

Great location. Rooms were spacious.

Poor customer service! Stayed 2 nights: ac was broken so we were moved to another room. Host wanted us to move us back for the 2nd night; when we said we didn’t want to move again, charged us more for the room (b/c it was bigger than we booked). No soap. Leaky faucet, poor wifi. Rented a moto that broke down- still charged full price. Little ants in the bed and one small blanket for 2 people in a king bed. Lesson: you get what you pay for.

Host very friendly and helpful. No kettle in room, but available if you ask. Hotel in a good place, not noisy at all.

If you don’t mind the aesthetics like me, then nothing to worry about!

Good location, quiet at night. Very close to the boat dock for the trip to Phnom Penh. Close to the market and many restaurants and street food nearby.

No top sheet only a small blanket which did not fit the bed.

Spacious room great location. A great place to get a night sleep before catching the ferry to Phnom Penh.

Bed and pillows were a bit on the hard side for me.
