"Shame as property looks ok but you can see the faults as soon as you start looking around ."

The location

The smell of damp hence why all the windows were open on arrival. The mould in the main bedroom and bathroom. The fact 4 lights didn’t work. There was four of us and not enough cutlery or crockery for us to eat. The dust. Holes around ceiling lights on 2 rooms exposing wires . Most of the wall paper on the main wall in the living room - I don’t know how it’s hanging on as it’s so loose on the wall. Stained towel.

Nice location in a nice street. Accommodation was clean and had satisfactory equipment

Plug in the sink in the bathroom was stuck down so water wouldn't drain away. Damp patch in one of the bedrooms.
