Riesengroße Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer, die Stadt und die Berge. Die Wohnung und die Terrasse ist komplett, sehr modern und wunderschön eingerichtet. Je nach Bedarf findet man einen Sonnen und/oder Schattenplatz. Toller Außenplatz mit Stühlen, Tisch, Sonnenschirm und Außenküche. Jaccuzi ist überdacht und die Vertikalmarkise bietet Sonnen und Sichtschutz. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr, sehr sauber!

Μας άρεσε πολύ η διαρρύθμιση του σπιτιού φαινόταν πολύ μεγάλο. Η κουζίνα ήταν αρκετά πρακτική αν ήθελες να μαγειρέψεις κάτι. Το μπάνιο ήταν τέλειο και επίσης του δίνει πολύ το χαμαμ. Αλλά για αυτό που κλείσαμε περισσότερο ήταν το τζακούζι με το οποίο χαλαρώσαμε αρκετά. Ο Παναγιώτης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και ότι και να χρειαστήκαμε ήταν εκεί να μας βοηθήσει. επίσης μας πρόσφεραν ένα κρασί νερό κάψουλες για καφέ και χυμό συν ένα μικρό πρωινό. Θα το ξανά προτιμούσαμε σίγουρα! Επίσης πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά και στην παραλία.

Location mid point between promenade and town square. 10 min walk. Clean modern functional studio apartment suited all our needs. Large walk in shower/steam room Comfy bed Large rooftop with hot tub and outdoor kitchen. Privacy on rooftop and hot tub. Large ext tv to view from hot tub. Sitting out on the rooftop at night having a drink. Quiet neighbourhood. Good storage for clothing for the two of us. Lift to the 5 th floor. Very good communication with the owner We would definitely stay here again, loved it.

There is nothing that we disliked but for info The studio apartment is on the rooftop of a 5 storey residential block in a residential area. The appearance of the block is typical of the surrounding area. Once inside the apartment you could be in a completely different world. Truly a hidden gem and a credit to the owner.

Lovely apartment with lots of special touches to make you feel very welcome. Host was local and able to give assistance & lots of advice to make your stay enjoyable. Central location being 10 mins walk to the beach or Central Kalamata square. Would definitely stay here again 👍
