SAربما تستغرب اني اعطيت تقييم 10 لهذا المكان واكتب ملاحظات ولكني ساكتبها لكي يستفيد منها الاخرون ولاتقلل من تقييم الشقة شقة حديثة راقية فسيحة مريحة ورائعة من ثلاث غرف وحمامين وصالة فسيحة. والمضيف اليساندرو رائع ومتعاون وودود . وارغب الرجوع لنفس الشقة مرة اخرى لان الاجواء باردة وممطرة وجميلة. ومن المميزات وجود شطاف بجانب كراسي الحمام هذا شيء رائع. لايوجد مصعد في المبنى ولكن شقتي كانت ارضية ولاترتفع سوى بضع درجات. وكذلك تتوفر مواقف السيارات امام الشقة.
لاتعتبر هذه الملاحظات نقص في الشقة ولكن يجب ايضاحها للمستاجرين الجدد. 1- تبعد الشقة 30 دقيقة عن الطريق السريع والطريق جبلي اقول هذا لكي ينتبه الذي يرغب في الذهاب خارج القرية الى الاماكن السياحية البعيده اما الذي يرغب البقاء في الشقة او القرية نفسها فلا يهمه هذا علما بانه يوجد سوق كبير في القرية فيه كل المتطلبات. 2- لايوجد اغطية للمخدات ولا لاسرة النوم ولكن تؤجر من قبل المضيف او تحضرها معك ومن وجهة نظري ان هذا صحي ويقلل مخاطر انتقال الامراض والاوساخ. وهذا يدل على اهتمام المضيف بالنظافة. 3- مغسلة اليد في الحمام من النوع المسطح لايعجبني لانه تتوقف فيه الاوساخ.
CZnice apartment, small 3 bedrooms, living room is good size. Small beds. clean. 2 bathrooms. parking right in front of the building. host was nice. everything was fine, but a bit small and we had to rent sheets for 20 euro / person. But good choice for good prize overall. I think it deserves 9 points out of 10
ILVery new and good apartment. Modern place with good facilities and nice mountains balcony view. Alessandro was a good host and gave us good recommendations for restaurants and places to go.
Extra charge for sheets & towels. Should be part of the overall price.
